Yarlington Treasury Services PLC (the Issuer)

£120,000,000 3.41 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2057 (the Bonds)

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that members of the Abri Group have effected a corporate reorganisation.

As of 30th June 2021, Yarlington Housing Group (a Borrower under the Bond structure) has transferred its engagements to Abri Group Limited, pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. The transfer of engagements falls within the definition of Permitted Re-organisations under the Bonds.
