Grant of Share Options

The Company announces that on 29 February 2016 (the ‘Date of Grant’) it granted options (‘Options’) over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) under the London Finance & Investment Group Company Share Option Plan (the ‘Plan’). Options over 80,000 Ordinary Shares were granted to Edward Beale, being an eligible employee under the rules of the Plan as Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s subsidiary, City Group P.L.C. The Options have an exercise price of 37.5 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the Plan, based on the average of the middle market quotations for the Ordinary Shares for the three immediately preceding business days. The Options shall not be exercised earlier than the third anniversary of the Date of Grant.
