African Minerals Ltd12 November 2007 African Minerals Limited ("African Minerals" or "the Company") Grant of Options to Director African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI), the mineral and diamond exploration andproduction company with interests focused in Sierra Leone, West Africa,announces the grant of options to a Company Director under the Company's shareoption plan. On 9 November 2007, the Company granted options to purchase 1,721,154 commonshares of US$0.01 each to Mr. Bruce Kirk, the newly appointed President of IronOre and Base Metals and Executive Director, as per the terms and conditions ofhis employment agreement. The options expire on 8 November 2012 and are exercisable at a price of 156p pershare. The options vest in three equal tranches on the first three anniversariesof the grant date.
