22 March 2011 Talent Group plc (`Talent' or the `Company') Grant of Options

Talent has today granted options over 550,000 ordinary shares to executive directors of the Company as follows:

Tony Humphreys - 250,000 options

Kate Beal - 250,000 options

Stephen Callen - 50,000 options

The options are exercisable from 23 March 2013 until 23 March 2021 at an exercise price of 3p per ordinary share. At the close of business on 21 March 2011 the Company's mid-market price per share on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) was 3.25p.

Mr Humphreys has an interest in 2,846,993 ordinary shares in the Company and, in addition to the options granted above, has 160,000 existing share options.

Ms Beal, in addition to the options granted above, has 25,000 existing share options. Ms Beal has no other interests in the issued voting share capital of Talent.

Mr Callen has an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company and, in addition to the options granted above, has 250,000 existing share options.
