Felix Group PLC05 October 2006 5 October 2006 Felix Group plc Grant of Options Felix Group plc ("Felix") has confirmed the grant of share options toMr Richard Rose and Mr Mike Masters, both of whom joined the company on1 September 2006 as non Executive Chairman and Non Executive Directorrespectively. The options granted are as follows: Richard Rose - 807,754 shares at an agreed option price of 12.38 pence pershare, 323,101 of which are vested with effect from 4 September 2006, theremainder of which will be vested in equal monthly amounts over the next23 months.
