Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 16 July 2013, it granted Spencer Wilson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, options over a total of 8,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company at an exercise price of 0.2 pence per share (the "Options"). These Options vest immediately and expire on 31 December 2020.
