Grant of options
Tracsis confirms that it was agreed today that 10,162 EMI share options would be issued to Max Cawthra, the Group's Finance Director following a Remuneration Committee meeting on 2 August 2012.
The options were granted under the Company's new Long Term Incentive Scheme Scheme which is available to all members of staff, and offers a choice of foregoing cash bonus for discounted share options.
The options vest in annual intervals over a period of three years, and have an exercise price of 0.4p. Once vested, they are exercisable at any time for a period of 10 years from the date of grant.
