Grant of options
Oxford, UK - 1 September 2020: Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company"; LSE: CIR), a specialty medical device company focused on respiratory disease, announces that it has granted 1,359,194 options over new ordinary shares in the Company. These options were granted to UK based employees of the Group, following an offer to employees to subscribe to the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme. The options were granted with an exercise price of 22.01p per share and are exercisable at the end of the three year SAYE period.
The following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") chose to participate in the 2020 SAYE Scheme by responding to the invitation to participate prior to or on the closing date of 13 August 2020 in the following amounts: 81,781 were granted to Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman, 81,781 were granted to Michael Roller, Chief Financial Officer and 81,781 were granted to Jonathan Emms, Chief Operating Officer.
