Equity Pre-IPO Investments Ltd31 May 2007 Equity Pre-IPO Investments Ltd Grant of options On 30 May 2007, Kenneth West, a member of the Investment Advisory Panel ofEquity Pre-IPO Investments Limited (the 'Company'), was granted optionsexercisable over 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') under thediscretionary Share Option Plan. In the Company's Admission Document of 18February 2005, it was stated that Kenneth West would be granted options under ashare option plan every six months (commencing on Admission) to subscribe forsuch number of Ordinary Shares as shall be considered appropriate by the Board.No options have been granted to date and this award fulfils this requirement forthe period from the date of admission to trading on AIM to 24 August 2007. The options are exercisable at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share (being theclosing middle market quotation on the day of the date of grant). These optionswill not be exercisable until after six months following the date of this grantand will thereafter remain exercisable for a period of 10 years. Following the grants of these options, Kenneth West's holding in the Company isunchanged at nil Ordinary Shares. This is the first grant of options by theCompany.
