Grant of Options
NewRiver Retail Limited ("NewRiver Retail" or the "Company"), the newly formed specialist commercial property investment and asset management company, today announces, in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, the following grants of options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") were made on 1 September 2009 in accordance with the details of proposed grant of options to be made at Admission as set out on pages 77 to 79 of the Company's Admission Document:
Pursuant to the NewRiver Retail Limited Company Share Option Plan 2009:
