Grant of Options
GTE announces that it has today granted options over a total of 251,922 ordinary shares in the Company to non-executive directors and employees at an exercise price of 26p per share. The options are exercisable from 22 April 2009 and will expire on the seventh anniversary of the grant date. Options were granted to non-executive directors of the Company as follows:
