Grant of conditional share awards
As required by Article 19.6 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (the "Market Abuse Regulations"), the Company announces that on 18 September 2018 conditional awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company were made to certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under JTC's Performance Share Plan, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Awards, which are structured as conditional share awards in accordance with the Performance Share Plan rules. The Awards shall Vest only to the extent that the Performance Conditions set by the Remuneration Committee are satisfied and subject to the Rules of the Performance Share Plan. Each of the PSP awards is subject to a Total Shareholder Return performance condition, measured over a 3-year performance period. To the extent that the Performance Conditions are not satisfied, the relevant part of the Awards shall lapse.
