Further re: Short Term Loan Facility
Further to the announcement of 24 December 2014, the board of Rurelec has agreed with Radix Investment UK Limited to extend the drawdown down date on balance of the Radix Facility, which will now occur during February. This will allow time to satisfy certain matters in relation to the documentation of the loan.
