Voss Net PLC26 January 2005 Voss Net plc Update The Board of Voss Net plc notes the recent press speculation regarding theacquisition of a mining asset and the subsequent movement in the Company's shareprice followed by the suspension of dealings in the Company's shares on 21January 2005. The Board confirms that it is currently in discussions with a view to anacquisition. Discussions are ongoing and may or may not lead to a successfulconclusion.
