Sub.: Proposal of interim dividend

This is in continuation of letter dated 10.12.2009 on the captioned subject.

This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 16th December, 2009 to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend and "RECORD DATE" fixed for said purpose i.e. Tuesday, the 22nd December, 2009 stands postponed. The date of Board meeting and record date will be informed separately.
