Further re Director's Appoint

Styles & Wood Group PLC ("Styles & Wood" or the "Company") Listing Rule disclosures  Following announcement on 2 June 2008 of the appointment of Ivan McKeever (aged 44) to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Styles & Wood, the Company discloses information as required by the Listing Rules. 

Ivan resigned as an executive director of BMP Limited (a consultancy) on 29th March 2002 to join Styles & Wood. Later in 2002, BMP Limited entered into voluntary administration.  Save for this, there is no other information which requires disclosure under the Listing Rules (LR 9.6.13) concerning his appointment.
