MySale Group plc (the "Company") announces that further to its announcement on 17 December 2014, in relation to a potential acquisition of ordinary shares in the Company by Carl Jackson, the Takeover Panel has granted the Waiver, pursuant to Note 5 of the Notes on Dispensations from Rule 9 of the Takeover Code, referred to in such announcement.
