Further re Additional Listing

DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITEDApplication for Block Listing of New SharesFurther to the announcement made by Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the 'Company') on 27th March 2015 in relation to the Company's applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the standard listing segment of the Official List and a block listing of 1,050,000 new ordinary shares of US$0.055/9 each of the Company (the 'New Shares'), it is expected that admission of the New Shares to the Official List will commence on 31st March 2015.
