Purchase and sale of 7.5 per cent dollar notes 2012/2014 ("dollar notes")
It was announced on 6 June that R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA") had exercised certain rights pursuant to a supplemental rights agreement in respect of $9 million nominal of dollar notes and that REA Services Limited ("REAS") had agreed to resell to institutional investors such dollar notes, together with a further $1 million nominal of dollar notes currently held by REAS.
REA announces that completion of the purchase and resale of the notes took place on 2 July 2012.
