Homeland Uranium is a Canadian company with interests in long-term energyproduction and development of uranium projects in Niger, southern Africa and theUnited States. Sharon Energy is an oil and gas company conducting active natural gasexploration programs in Texas and Alberta. The majority of Sharon Energy'srevenue is generated from gas production in Texas and Alberta where it alsofocuses its exploration activities. Creso Resources is an active, natural resource company with mining explorationholdings in Mexico and Guatemala, engaged in the identification and acquisitionof early stage gold and base metals properties with demonstrable potential ofhosting higher grade ore deposits. AmLib is a Jersey company established in May 2000 to explore for gold, diamondsand other natural resources in Liberia. AmLib holds one mineral developmentagreement and seven exploration licenses acquired between 2000 and 2003,covering a total surface area of 3,400 sq km (840,000 acres). iQur is a medical research company at the forefront of internationalbreakthroughs in the detection, treatment and monitoring of Hepatitis C andother liver diseases. River Diamonds is a UK based mining company with a 12.5% stake in Viso GeroInternational Inc which itself indirectly has a 94% interest in the miningrights and associated assets of the long-established Emperor Gold Mine in Fiji. Eden Energy is an Australian diversified clean energy company with interests inhydrogen production, storage and transport fuel systems, including the lowemission hythane hydrogen-methane blend. Enhanced Oil is a Houston based, enhanced oil recovery resources company whichcontrols the largest undeveloped natural helium/CO2 resource in North America.The helium has considerable industrial value, whilst the CO2 can be used toextract oil from older fields which, if reliant on other normal techniques, areclose to be depleted. Enhanced Oil is acquiring depleted oilfields wheresignificant enhanced oil recovery resources remain. Delta Mining is a South African company exploiting South Africa's large andundervalued Torbanite deposit. Torbanite is a high grade 'oil shale' thatproduces oil on heating. The Company understands that each of these nine companies is planning to floator gain a secondary listing within the next 12 months.
