Trinity Capital PLC24 April 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 24 APRIL 2007 TRINITY CAPITAL PLC ("Trinity") Full Investment Target Reached On the first anniversary of its listing on the AIM market, Trinity Capital PLCis delighted to announce that it has successfully reached full investment* ofthe £250 million of funds raised in April 2006, six months ahead of thetimetable set at IPO. Key Points: • Invested and committed a total £196 million of funds, representing 82% of net capital o Invested £169 million of funds, representing 71% of net capital o Committed £72 million under two platform agreements with IL&FS. • Under the 50:50 platform, Trinity committed to investing £25 million. To date, Trinity has deployed £55 million under this platform - far exceeding its original commitment • Under the 90:10 platform, Trinity has deployed £17.8 million of its £45 million commitment • To date, we have invested £73 million through five deals under the two platforms • Portfolio of 11 strategically significant and high quality investments, comprising a total development potential of 31 million sq ft • Fully invested significantly ahead of the 18 month schedule set out at IPO • Current pipeline of deals in excess of £280 million.
