Freezing of bank account
The Company announces that, on 23 October 2017, it received notice from Palace Engel Velaslavin a.s ("PEV"), a subsidiary company registered in the Czech Republic, that its bank account has been frozen in respect of balances up to €1 million.
The Company and PEV are seeking legal advice in respect of the circumstances relating to the freezing of the bank account and to seek to have it released.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
