Adventis Group PLC22 June 2006 22 June 2006 Adventis Group Formation of Adventis Financial PR (AFPR) Adventis Group plc ("Adventis"), the multimedia and marketing agency, is pleasedto announce that on June 1st 2006 it established a new subsidiary, AdventisFinancial PR ('AFPR'), specialising in financial communications and investorrelations. AFPR is headed by Peter Binns, recently Growth Company Investor Magazine's'Financial PR of the Year.' Peter has brought with him Chris Steele and TarquinEdwards as Directors and Annabel Loveluck and Annie Evangeli as AccountExecutives. The team originally worked together at Binns & Co Ltd and has been acquired foran undisclosed cash sum from Parkgreen Communications Ltd. Adventis, which floated on AIM in July 2004 with a placing that raised £3.0million before expenses for the Company, has stated its intention to expand anddiversify into a number of different, but related, business streams. Thefinancial service sector, where Adventis has existing businesses withAdventisNMG and Adventis Coltman, was identified as such an area. Peter Binns said, 'I am delighted to have moved to Adventis as I believe it tobe the ideal environment for a financial PR operation.
