In addition to Sean Swales' personal interest in the ordinary share capital of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc set out above, Rotolok (Holdings) Limited is also interested in 27,721,970 ordinary shares in the capital of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, representing 28.79% of the issued ordinary share capital as at the date of this discloure.
