The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim dividend relating to the year ended 31 March 2019 of 4.0p per share, which will be paid on 16 August 2019. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 25 July 2019 and the record date for payment will be 26 July 2019.
