Financing Update

Pursuit Dynamics plc (AIM:PDX), the developer of the PDX Atomiser and PDX Reactor products and technologies, notes the recent share price movement. PDX has a growing pipeline of quotations and prospects in its Public Health & Safety and Brewing, Food & Beverage businesses, a number of which the Board believes will be converted into orders in due course but their timing is such that they will not eliminate the need for additional funding. PDX confirms that it is continuing to explore financing options and expects to be able to provide an update on its discussions by the end of October 2012.
