Following the change of accounting reference date to 31 December in connection with the reverse takeover by Hangar8 Plc of Gama Aviation Holdings (Jersey) Limited, Gama Aviation, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, will announce its enlarged group interim results for the 6 months to 30 June 2015 no later than 30 September 2015, and enlarged group audited annual results for the 18 months to 31 December 2015 no later than 30 April 2016.
