Sub: Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2011

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. May 23, 2011 have inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2011 and recommended the payment of final dividend @55% (Rs 5.5/- per share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2010-11, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the date on which dividend shall be paid/dispatched will be intimated separately.
