Audited Financial Results for the FY ended on 31st March, 2018 and recommendation of final dividend FY 2017-18
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today approved the audited financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 and recommended the payment of final dividend @ -----------14.40% (Rs 1.44 per share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2017-18, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
