Final Dividend Timetable

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the proposed final dividend for the year ended 30 April 2009. The rate will be 3 pence per ordinary share and the timetable is as follows:

Announcement Date:  Friday, 14 August 2009  Ex-Dividend Date:  Wednesday, 26 August 2009 Record Date:  Friday, 28 August 2009  Pay Date:  Wednesday, 30 September 2009

The final dividend is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting which will be convened on 16 September 2009.
