FINAL DIVIDEND
Further to the announcement today of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2008 ("Final Results"), Adventis confirms that the recommended final dividend of 0.484p per share will be paid on 3 July 2009 to shareholders on the register on 12 June 2009, subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2009.
