FINAL DIVIDEND PAYABLE

DIVIDEND NO. 53 - AMOUNT PAYABLE IN STERLING AND EURO

Further to the preliminary results announcement on 22 February 2022, the Sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 118.9 US cents will be 94.8090 pence per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.2541, and the Euro equivalent will be 112.7762 Euro cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of €1 = US$1.0543.

Payment of the dividend is scheduled for 13 May 2022.
