FINAL DIVIDEND PAYABLE

DIVIDEND NO. 51 - AMOUNT PAYABLE IN STERLING AND EURO

Further to the preliminary results announcement on 16 March 2021, the Sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 48.5 US cents will be 34.8344 pence per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.3923, and the Euro equivalent will be 40.0826 Euro cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of €1 = US$1.2100.

Payment of the dividend is scheduled for 14 May 2021.
