Final Dividend

As previously announced, the Company intends to pay a final dividend of 60 cents per share on 6 June 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 9 May 2014.

Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 9 May 2014 which was 1.6847 giving a dividend in sterling of 35.6146p per share.
