This is to inform that Board of Directors of the Company in its 398th Board Meeting held on 5th March, 2019 has taken a note in terms of MOPNG letter No C-31022/1/2012-CA(17810) dated 13.02.2019 regarding the extension of the tenure of Dr. Ashutosh Karnatak, Director (Projects) for a period upto 30.06.2020.
