Extension of Creditors' Voluntary Arrangement Deadline

The Board today announces that further to the meetings of creditors and shareholders held on 21st January 2011 where the Company entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA"), a further meeting of creditors was held on 23rd May 2011 in order that the original terms of the CVA could be varied. The Board can announce that the creditors approved the variation and that a meeting of shareholders will now be held on 16th June 2011 in order to formally approve the variation. A notice has been sent to shareholders confirming details of the meeting. The terms of the variation are such that the contribution will be paid by the Company into the CVA by no later than 30th June 2011.
