Beowulf Mining PLC24 May 2005 News Release Exercise of Warrants The board of Beowulf Mining plc ("Beowulf") is pleased to announce the exerciseof 50,000 warrants over new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of thecompany at an exercise price of £0.055 per share creating an additional £2,750of working capital for the company. On completion of these transactions the issued share capital of the Company will be 56,073,247. Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
