Exercise of Warrants

 

 

Transense Technologies plc (the "Company") announces that, on 29 April 2014, it issued 707,999 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of warrants at a price of 4.5 pence per share.

 

Application will be made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 7 May 2014.

 

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 286,767,676 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 286,767,676 voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
