Exercise of Share Options

Ebiquity plc (the "Company") has issued 205,933 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes.

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 31 May 2012 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

After admission of these new shares, Ebiquity plc will have 59,150,742 Ordinary Shares in issue.
