Exercise of Share Options
The Company has today issued 202,608 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at 50p per share pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company’s share option schemes. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 28th May 2009.
Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 21,281,388 Ordinary Shares.
The number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury was 211,822. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 21,069,566.
