Ireland Group PLC11 April 2008 WH Ireland Group plc (the "Company") Exercise of Share Options The Company has today issued 30,667 new ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at 75p per share pursuant to the exercise of optionsunder the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the newOrdinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected tocommence on 14 April 2008.
