Exercise of Share Options

The Company announces that it has received notice to exercise options over 81,771 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 8 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted under the Company's approved share option scheme. Accordingly, application has been made for the 81,771 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the option exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 December 2013. Following the exercise of options, the Company has 45,967,489 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are in treasury.
