Exercise of Options
The Company has received notice that, on 25 May 2018, a number of employees exercised options over a total of 826 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Brooks Macdonald Sharesave Scheme.
Pursuant to the exercise of the options, the Company has made an application today to the London Stock Exchange for 826 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 4 June 2018.
Following the date of this notification, the Company has 13,835,622 Ordinary Shares in issue.
