Exercise of Options
Penna Consulting, the international human resources consulting group, announces that it has received a valid notice of exercise of 3,564 Ordinary 5p shares under the Company's Save as You Earn Scheme. These shares are being satisfied out of the treasury shares currently held by the Company.
Following the this transaction, the Company holds a total of 370,526 Ordinary 5p shares as treasury shares and has a total of 25,704,578 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
