One Media iP Group Plc ("One Media" or "the Group" or "the Company") Exercise of options and issue of equity One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider whichexploits intellectual property rights around music and video, announces that100,000 options, at an exercise price of 2.75p, were exercised on 22 October2013. The gross proceeds of the exercise amounts to £2,750.00. Accordingly, application has been made for 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place onor about 8.00 a.m. on 28 October 2013 ("Admission"). In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) theCompany hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission itsissued share capital will consist of 64,953,698 Ordinary Shares.
