Exercise of Options

The Company announces today that 18,755 options representing nil cost awards over common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") were exercised on 2 October 2009 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. 

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 18,755 common shares to be admitted to the official list and to trading. The shares will rank pari passu with existing common shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00am on 12 October 2009.

Following the issue of the new shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 243,479,862 common shares.
