Sareum Holdings PLC13 February 2006 SAREUM HOLDINGS PLC ("Sareum" or the "Company") Exercise of put and call option The Company announces that Billam AG has exercised an option to acquire20,000,000 Sareum Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each at a price of 2p per share,pursuant to the Billam AG Put & Call Option described in the Company's AIMadmission document dated 5 October 2004. Application will shortly be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand a further announcement will be made at that time.
