The Company was informed on 14 August 2013 that on 14 August 2013 Robert Worrell, a member of the Jelf executive management team, purchased 420,468 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.50p per share. Mr. Worrell is interested in 2,020,468 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.37% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
