Executive Share Dealing
The Company was informed on 19 May 2014 that on that day Robert Worrell, a member of the Jelf executive management team, transferred 92,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP at a price of 114p per share.
Mr Worrell's beneficial shareholding is unchanged and he remains interested in 2,020,468 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.37% of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
