Changes in the Executive Leadership Team

Interim arrangements have been put into place within Citizen's Executive Leadership Team to fill the Chief Operating Officer vacancy. The following changes became effective on Monday 22 June 2020.

· Stuart Kellas, Chief Financial Officer became Interim Chief Operating Officer

· Gary Booth, Director of Treasury, Assurance and Procurement became Interim Chief Financial Officer

Stuart Kellas will remain a Director on the Board of Citizen Treasury plc.
